The hotel's location proved to be quite challenging for taxi drivers to find, although Grab worked fine. In terms of service, the front desk staff forgot to present the guest with their change until a reminder was given.
The WiFi connection in the hotel was weak and intermittent, making it almost unusable.

Clean, bright room with good hot shower and AC. Simple yet tasteful decor. Outlets fit US/Japan-style plugs. Fluffy, soft pillows. Friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet at night. Good value. Fridge with free water, refilled daily. Daily room cleaning. Short drive to International School Bangkok.
